Q: How much does entry into the water park cost?
A: Entry into the water park is included in your room rate. Based on registered occupancy of room. An additional wrist band may be purchased for $20.00 for guests visiting a guest room. A sixth person would require an additional guest room.

A: Yes. We offer a birthday package on Friday - Sunday only. See packages for details.

Q: How many people per room?
A: Depends on room. Call hotel for details.

Q: Do you have adjoining rooms?
A: Yes, we have a number of adjoining rooms available. Please request adjoining rooms when making your reservation. While we will do our best to honor your request for an adjoining room, we are unable to guarantee that you will receive one.

Q: How many water park passes come with a guest room?
A: You receive 1 water park pass per registered guest. Depending on room occupancy.

Q: How big is the arcade room?
A: There are over 13 arcade games available.

Q: Do children stay free at the hotel?
A: Yes, but there is an additional charge for the water park wrist band if a 5th person is registered in the guest room.

Q: What if we have an extra child in our room?
A: There may be an extra $20 per night charge for extra guest water park wristband.

Q: What if I have 6 people in our room?
A: A 6th guest would require an additional room or ask you can ask for a suite that can accommodate larger parties.

Q: What if my friend wants to come visit us in the water park?
A: The water park is for registered guests only. No visitors are allowed.

Q: What do I need to enter the water park?
A: Wristbands will be issued at time of check-in.

Q: What happens if we lose a wristband?
A: Lost wristbands will be replaced at a $20 charge, no exceptions.

Q: What are the hours of the water park?
A: Pool hours are always posted on our web site or call the hotel directly at 800-875-6000.

Q: How tall does my child have to be to use the water slide?
A: Children need to be 48 inches tall or able to pass a swim test conducted by our lifeguards.

Q: Do I need to accompany my child to the water park?
A: Children must be 12 years of age to enter without an adult. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can we bring our own food/beverage into the water park?
A: Yes. You are able to bring your own food and beverages to enjoy in the observation deck.

Q: Can my children bring their water toys?
A: No water toys or flotation devices are allowed, however, coast guard approved life vests may be approved by the lifeguards upon inspection.

Q: Should we bring our own beach towels?
A: For your convenience, pool towels are supplied at the water park free of charge.

Q: We live in the area and would like to use the water park, what is the cost?
A: The water park is for registered quests only and not open to the public. You are more than welcome to take a mini-weekend vacation with your family by getting a guest room which includes free admission to the water park. Rates vary. Q: Is there a cost to use the fitness center?
A: 24-hour access is free with your hotel room key.

Q: Can my 15 year-old daughter use the equipment in the fitness center?
A: Guests must be 18 years and over to use the center.

Q: I'm attending a wedding and want to remove my wristband, how do I get a new one?
A: The front desk will be happy to remove your old wristband and will issue you a replacement free of charge.
